We offer a 3-day return period for all eligible products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

Return Shipping Cost

  • Returns are free of charge.
    There is no additional fee for reverse pickup.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered.

  • All accessories, original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

  • Items must not be used, damaged, or altered.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.


Refunds

After inspection is completed:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • International orders

  • Items that fail the quality check due to use, damage, or missing components
