There is no additional fee for reverse pickup.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in the same condition as delivered.
All accessories, original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
Items must not be used, damaged, or altered.
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Refunds
After inspection is completed:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
